The Package Of Kitchen Ceramic Sinks

In comparison of traditional stainless steel sinks, kitchen ceramic sinks are more expensive and also much breakable, so we develop special packing methods for this new kitchen sinks. There are two scheme for options, the fist one is that each of kitchen ceramic sinks shall be packed in 7 layers corrugated cardboard box with 6 foam sheets in 2cm thick. Practice has proved that it’s enough to protect the goods on transportation.
 
As for the second scheme, except for the carton boxes which are specially manufactured for exporting need, we choose to use more solid material -- honeycomb in 5cm thick. As a result, the packing size is a little bigger and thus the loading quantity is less than the first scheme. The overall cost will naturally be higher, too. As the high value and gross weight of kitchen ceramic sinks, for LCL order, we recommend to pack the sink on pallets. It’s safer and also easier to take delivery of your goods.
