How are Ceramic Sinks from Boma Packed?

To make sure our ceramic sinks are delivered to our customers in an intact manner, we have set up a complete process from production to the shipment of the final products. Each step is treated sincerely and all the standards are required to be strictly observed. Packing is among the last few steps but it plays an important role that cannot be ignored.
 
Now in this post, I’d like to share with you how our ceramic sinks are packed.
 
Standardized packaging process
Boma boasts more than 15 years of experience in supplying ceramic sinks and has standardized the packing process.
 
Firstly, prepare all the packing materials. Secondly, settle down on the packing methods. Thirdly, inspect the ceramic sinks to make sure there’s no residual water left on the sinks from the previous water test. And finally, put the sinks and related accessories into the carton box lightly and seal the boxes with sticky tapes.
 
Diversified packing methods
In general, for round ceramic sinks, we pack them in the way of three pieces a carton with open-top or one piece a carton with covered-top. For rectangular ceramic sinks, packages of one piece, two pieces, three pieces per carton with open-top and one piece per carton with covered-top are available.     
 
The package of our ceramic sinks is flexible and it varied according to the requirements of the customers. Besides, we are able to offer shipping calculations. In this way, our professional personnel will help our customers figure out the best layout of the package and thus save them packing and shipping costs.
 
Strict inspection
We always attach a great importance to the quality. During the packing process, apart from inspecting if there’s residual water mentioned above, we also examine the quality of both the sinks and related accessories. Any flawless sinks won’t be put into the carton.
